Shirufan Ahmed

Shirufaan is the perfect example of hardwork and dedication proving its worth. Shiru started playing on the streets, loving the game more and more everyday. After being snubbed from the inter school ranks, he made sure he worked harder than anyone else. The fruit from all the hardwork bore when he was named MVP of the 12th National Basketball League 2017, Division 2. Shiru has played for several teams throughout his basketball journey, including, DBC, YAA, LQ Sports Club, Kuda Henveiru United, and HDC. Standing at 6 feet 2 inches, with a great jumper shiru gives us some valuable height and great versatility. Shiru is making a major comeback after being sidelined due to a meniscus tear.
